Reigate School New Changing Rooms

Client Brief

The Governors of Reigate School approached MHA to help resolve a number of key issues with the School including inadequate changing facilities for sports events, insufficient capacity with the catering services and the need to provide additional teaching space.

What We Did

MHA’s solution was to provide a new bespoke building which provided 2 new Changing Rooms, 1 new Classroom, a new Kitchen and associated Eating Area, an Office for the PE Staff and additional facilities for the Local Community.

The Contract was on a Design & Build scheme and MHA steered the design, undertook Contract Administration & Project Management services to completion. The School are delighted with the outcome, transforming an under-utilised area of the site into an integral part of the School fabric.
