Domestic Surveys

MHA now undertake RICS House surveys, levels 1,2 and 3, we have applied our thorough and rigorous methods to offer a high quality bespoke service to prospective purchasers, we only undertake one survey a day and do not auto generate phrases within the report, your report relates to your property alone.

Insurers recently reported that 13 million UK homeowners have needed unexpected building work completed on their properties since moving in. Aditionally over 7 million homeowners didn’t have a survey before buying their property.

Common defects found during survey:

Roofing defects
Damp ingress to properties
Cracking through structure due to subsidence / ground conditions
Defective windows and joinery items
